WHO REFERS THE CLIENTS?
Clients are referred by their physicians, family members, social workers or friends.  However, in all instances the physicians must certify the need
for care.
 
WHO PAYS THE COST?

• Medicaid
• Private Insurance
• Private Pay

The philosophy of Abundant Life Home Health, Inc. is that we intend to provide quality services, which promote the client’s value of life.  We strive to provide a plan of care for each client that promotes safety, self-esteem, and self-actualization.
